Up for sale here is an incredible example of the Rolex Sky Dweller, cased in 18k yellow gold and sporting the “bright black” sunburst dial. Ref. 336938.
There are a lot of different dial options available for the Sky Dweller, and personally I just love the contrast of black to gold. The dial is called bright black by Rolex because it isn’t just a glossy black like the subs, but rather a sunburst texture. I’ve tried to capture how nice it looks in the pics and video, but it really is a one to appreciate in person!
This reference has the updated movement, cal. 9002, with a longer power reserve than the last generation.
Comes as a full set as seen, and is in excellent condition.
Asking price is $53,750.
