Most searches are completed within 2–4 weeks, longer for very specific or limited production pieces. Common references from major brands often turn up faster. Rare configurations, unusual dial variants, or specific vintage pieces may take longer. I'll keep you updated throughout the process and let you know if a search is proving particularly challenging.

It happens occasionally—some pieces are genuinely scarce. If we can't locate your watch within a reasonable timeframe, we'll discuss alternatives or keep the search open indefinitely at no cost. Some of our best finds came months after the initial request.

No. You're never obligated to purchase. When I find a potential match, you'll receive full details—photos, condition, pricing, and context. If it's not right for any reason, we keep looking. No pressure, no awkward conversations.

We price sourced watches fairly relative to current market conditions. You'll see what comparable examples are selling for so you understand the pricing. We're not looking to maximize margin on each transaction—we're building long-term relationships with collectors.
