What’s really incredible about this piece is that it has a genuine piece of Lunar meteorite! In contrast to “normal” meteorites originating from further away- even outside of our solar system- Lunar meteorites are pieces of the moon that have been ejected during impacts, and have found their way into our gravitational field. The meteorite that this piece was taken from was found in the Oman desert.
The rest of the dial is no less impressive, with the carved face of the moon covering face of the watch, except for where skeletonization allows you to view the balance and escapement at work.
Comes with the special boxes and manuals as seen, and is in true new and unworn condition.
