For sale here is a rare find! This HYT H1 RC44 is, and is one of only 22 pieces made for the RC44 yacht races. The watch itself is a blend of the styles from the race, including carbon to mimic the boat hulls- as well as the skeletonized mechanics that HYT timepieces are known for.
Fully encased in blue Alun (an aluminum alloy) and titanium, this timepiece is very lightweight and comfortable on the wrist. The time is read by the green fluid as it travels around the dial. The fluid is pumped between the two piston reservoirs visible through the front and back of the watch, and once it goes all the way around from 6 to 6, the fluid is pushed back into the starting reservoir and it begins again. Minutes are read by the sub dial at 12 o’clock.
This is a fully mechanical timepiece! No batteries, solar cells, quartz, etc.
Comes with the HYT box as seen.
