For sale here is a rare find! This HYT H0 Blue Night, and is one of only 15 pieces made for the release of the H0 in 2017. Ref. H01059
Fully encased in sapphire, the time is read by the blue fluid as it passes the numbers on the side of the movement. The fluid is pumped between the two piston reservoirs visible through the front and back of the watch, and once it goes all the way around from 6 to 6, the fluid is pushed back into the starting reservoir and it begins again. Minutes are read by the sub dial at 12 o’clock.
The time is set and the mainspring is wound by the crown at the 2 o’clock position.
This is a fully mechanical timepiece! No batteries, solar cells, quartz, etc.
Comes as a full set of box and papers, and just got back from a service in Switzerland at HYT!
Asking price is $16,250.
