Up for sale here is an incredible timepiece from the world’s oldest watchmaker. The Blancpain Fifty Fathoms Bathyscape is a much slimmer and more wearable variant of the FF. Personally, I really enjoy the smaller bezel vs the thicker ones on the non-bathyscape models. Ref. 5000 36S40 NAOA.
As is expected, this timepiece is really nice. Seriously, that’s what I think when I look down at this watch. There’s such an incredible heritage behind a piece like this, and being able to capture it in solid 18k gold, and then seeing that beautiful movement behind the exhibition caseback- all I think when I look at this one is “wow, that is really nice.”
Comes as a full set with the warranty card dated in 2021. Only missing the original NATO strap that it came on, so I did the only logical thing and upgraded to both the OEM sailcloth and blue rubber straps! Also comes with the thick leather strap as seen if you’d like.
Asking price is $19,750.
