Up for sale here is a very nice example of the A. Lange & Sohne Lange 1. With the power reserve, large and legible dual window date, and large hour/minute subdial, this is an excellent showcase of the manufacturer at their best. Ref. 101.032
The silver dial looks absolutely amazing- as is expected from ALS. Looks perfect paired with the gold hands and indices! At 38.5mm, it sits perfectly and comfortably on almost any size wrist.
Of course, I couldn’t make a sale listing for a watch like this without mentioning the movement! This timepiece is powered by the L901.0 manual wind movement, with an ample 72 hours of power reserve, 53 rubies, and a total of 365 parts. What really gets me about this one is the finishing!
The hand engraved balance cock- the high polish anglage along the edge of the ¾ plate, which is of course covered with the most beautiful Glashütte Ribbing I’ve ever seen. If the front didn’t look so incredible, I’d be tempted to wear this one flipped over!
Comes with the original papers and booklets as seen. This should go fast, but if not I’ll end up buying a box for it and relisting!
Very nice to see these on the full gold deployant buckle instead of just the tang.
